December webinar highlights Project Outcome as strategic planning tool

CHICAGO – In early December, PLA will host a webinar highlighting how select libraries are using Project Outcome to align performance measurement efforts with strategic priorities and measuring their success in priority program areas. This webinar, Integrating Project Outcome into Strategic Planning & Measuring Priority Areas, will be held 1 – 2 p.m. Central Time on Thurs., Dec. 7.
At the conclusion of this webinar, participants will:
- Understand how other libraries are using Project Outcome’s surveys and tools to measure the outcomes of priority program and service areas;
- Know how other libraries are aligning outcome data to strategic priority areas and using Project Outcome to help inform strategic planning; and
- Be able to apply lessons learned and best practices for integrating Project Outcome in their library.
