Preferred Exhibit Booth Assignments
Many Corporate members of the American Library Association ( ALA) are regular exhibitors at our Annual Conference and Midwinter Meeting. Through outreach and eduation at these premier library convention and trade shows, corporate members can reach key buyers and decision-makers from libraries all around the world. Our corporate member community is recognized as integral supporters of libraries and the profession by ALA.
Corporate Members receive preferred booth space assignments for ALA’s Annual Conference and the Midwinter Meeting. Booth space is assigned first for Corporate Members, then for all other exhibitors, each group on the basis of their seniority.
At Annual Conference and Midwinter, Corporate Members also receive recognition in conference programs, in Cognotes , the daily newspaper at ALA conferences, and in the ALA Membership Pavilion. Special “Corporate Member” ribbons for staff badges at Annual Conference and the Midwinter Meeting are distributed prior to the exhibits opening reception.
