LLAMA/HRS Human Resources Management Committee
To collect and generate information on and foster communication of best practices, emerging trends, professional competencies, and techniques regarding human resources management relevant to all types of libraries. Substantive areas covered include, but are not limited to, recruitment, supervision, employee relations, communications, resource planning, diversity and legal compliance. This information will be of value to human resources professionals, and current and aspiring managers. Information delivery vehicles will include, but are not limited to, programs, webinars, publications, media materials, and workshops.
