LLAMA/HRS Union Relations for Managers Discussion Group

To provide a forum for managers from unionized libraries, those who are approaching such situations, and those who are in non-unionized libraries but wish to raise their consciousness concerning supervision within the unionized environment, discuss negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements, grievance and arbitration procedures, and other issues related to the challenge of supervising within the unionized environment.
