LLAMA/BES Safety and Security of Buildings Committee
Charge
To deal with issues related to the safety and security of persons and property in library buildings; to promote safety measures in building design, interior organization, alteration, equipment and furnishings selection, and collection maintenance. The projects and activities of the committee are carried out in support of the LLAMA Strategic Plan, particularly with a special emphasis on education.
