Annual Operating Plan
The Annual Operating Plan (AOP) is a key planning document for the division. It details the fiscal year (Sept 1 – Aug 31) projects and initiatives that will be carried out in support of LLAMA’s 2012-15 strategic plan. The AOP is a living document that will grow and change throughout the three-year implementation of the strategic plan. The AOP is developed collaboratively among the leaders of the association and appropriate internal/external partners. The Board formally adopts the AOP each year in August, and it reviews the plan throughout the year.
The Annual Operating Plan is continuously revised based on updates from sections and committees, and committee volunteers are encouraged to review the plan to see how their work fits into the overarching goals of the association.
