Financial Strategies Task Force
Charge
In light of LITA operating at a deficit for several years, and in light of the current trend of flat or declining membership, which is a significant source of revenue for the Division, the LITA Board believes it is necessary to re-examine existing financial strategies and revenue sources for the Division. The Board seeks to identify strategies based upon a sustainable infrastructure, which will allow LITA to continue to provide valued networking and educational opportunities by and to its members.
