To provide a forum for individuals whose job assignments and interests include responsibility for developing or implementing diversity training and / or diversity awareness programs. To share information and discuss strategies to address common problems in the development or programs for a culturally diverse workforce. These activities are intended to support the LLAMA Strategic Plan.
