State of the Chapter Annual Report
On recommendation of ALA’s Chapter Relations Committee, beginning in 2012 all Chapters will be asked to complete the "State of the Chapter Annual Report."
These snapshot reports (All State of the Chapter Reports) will help Chapters and ALA assess the health and vitality of state and regional library associations. It will help to highlight notable activities and achievements that can be modeled, and identify challenges and needs that may be addressed collectively.
The Chapter Councilor is tasked with responsibility for their Chapter’s completion and submission of the "State of the Chapter Annual Report." For Regional Chapters, the President is asked to oversee the submission.
The Report should be submitted one month after the completion of your Chapter’s fiscal year. For 2012 those whose fiscal year started with the new year should complete it by the end of February.
