Charge
Formal committee charges are forthcoming from the GLBTRT steering committee. Previous GLBTRT bylaws contained procedural language which served as charges for each committee. Since the round table as adopted new bylaws, without procedural language, formal charges must be drafted and adopted.

Composition
The Program Planning Committee consists of about five members appointed from round table membership, serving two year terms, and led by a chair.
Description
This Committee plans activities on the ALA two-year planning cycle, finds co-sponsors for the various Round Table programs and monitors programs of other ALA units which the Round Table may wish to sponsor. The Program page lists the Round Table's current and past programs at ALA Annual Conferences and Midwinter Meetings.
