  • Note that you self-nominate for the scholarship/sponsorship awards.
  • A letter of reference from a library employer, library school professor, FAFLRT member, etc. should be sent to the email addresses of the Awards Committee co-chairs: Shirley Loo, and Maria Pisa.
  • The deadline for self-nominations is midnight of April 29, 2013.
  • If applying for both sponsorship and scholarship awards, submit a separate nomination form for each.
  • Contact the Awards Committee co-chairs, Shirley Loo, and Maria Pisa, with additional questions.
  • Adelaide Del Frate Conference Sponsorship will not be awarded in 2013
