Libraries are dealing with numerous challenges such as budget constraints, requests for new and improved services, and implementing an ever-growing list of technologies and standards. These challenges are particularly relevant to critical library operations such as cataloging, acquisitions and electronic resource management. To meet and overcome these challenges, technical services managers need to effectively manage and inspire change within their teams. This webinar will examine key strategies for successful change management, including organizational assessment, change formulation, and enacting and influencing change, and how these concepts can be implemented within the technical services environment.
