Project Hosting Proposal Form 2016

Depending on the project, there may be costs associated with the implementation. Please negotiate these costs with your team at the beginning of the process. Emerging Leaders should not have to be responsible for materials or technical expenses related to their projects.

    1.  Unit/Organization Submitting Proposal

      Your proposal should attempt to address the following questions:
    • What are the goals of the project?
    • What should the project team accomplish and/or produce for your unit?
    • Is the final product a plan (i.e. marketing, etc.), is it tangible (i.e. brochure), or is it virtual (i.e. website, etc.)? Are there specific sections/titles that you would like to see included? What exactly do you want as an end product? Please give as much detail as possible.
    • In addition, you should include any specific expectations you may be able to identify and list what your unit hopes will be reflected in the final product.
    • Remember, in addition to actually being implemented, this project will also be presented at a poster session at the ALA Annual Conference. Are the outcomes worthy of being presented?
