2013 Inaugural Banquet

Attire for the evening has been requested to be black tie or cultural dress.

Table reservations for the Inaugural Banquet this year will be open from May 1 - 31, 2013. This website will only be active during this time frame. In order to make the reservations process for tables smoother for everyone, all names submitted must already have purchased a banquet ticket. The advance registration deadline is May 13th. After that date, all names on table reservations will be cross-checked with advance ticket purchases. Any names on tables that have not purchased a ticket for inaugural or are not named by the Executive Office as having their ticket paid for by ALA, will have their name removed from the table reservation.

In order to be seated at a reserved table, you will have to have purchased your ticket for the event no later than May 13th, 2013. ALL TICKETS PURCHASED AFTER THIS DATE WILL BE SEATED AT NON-RESERVED TABLES. Only compete tables of 10 will be considered reserved tables as of May 31st and complete lists will be provided after that date. Tickets can be purchased online via the registration tab on the Conference Web site.

The event code for the Inaugural banquet is ALA2

After logging in, you may add the Inaugural to your existing registration or purchase tickets to the Inaugural during your registration process. Tickets are $89.
