Award and Frequency

A plaque and cash award of $2,500.

This award is given out on an annual basis.

Eligibility

Article is defined here to include any submitted or invited article or any invited column written by one or more individuals or by a committee, organization, or other group.   Authors of articles published in the journal during the award period and members of the editorial board or assisting in the referee process during the three years preceding the award year (e.g., 1991–93 for the 1994 award) are not eligible to be on the committee.

Application Instructions

Nominations should be submitted to the award committee chair. These letters must clearly state the contributions of the nominee in the field of business librarianship, and must explain the significance of these contributions and the magnitude of their influence. Self-nominations are accepted.

Selection Criteria
