ALTAFF Resources for Friends Groups

Are you thinking of starting a Friends group, reorganizing or revilatizing the one you have, or a seasoned group looking for some fresh ideas? Look no further! ALTAFF offers a wealth of ideas and resources for Friends groups of all types, sizes, and level of activity. Friends Groups & Libraries - Bookmarks and a poster (pictured at right) featuring the above "Friend Your Library" graphic are now available for purchase from ALA Graphics. ALA members automatically receive a 10% discount. ALTAFF group members should log into the Friends & Foundations Zone or Trustee Zone (based on group member type) to learn how to save 10% on the purchase of these materials. Available in both Zones is a downloadable "Friend Your Library" graphic you can use on your Friends group or library website.

Check our the newly released "Friend Your Library" buttons and a downloadable graphics set that includes three flyer layouts and a brochure template. Buttons are available in a packs of 6, 12, or 18.

Public Service Announcements for Friends Groups Featuring Paula Poundstone: "There I was in another unbalanced relationship," begins Emmy Award-winning comedian Paula Poundstone in a new public service announcement, which can be see below and online at YouTube along with a 15 second version.
