Sections

ALTAFF is comprised of four sections:

• Trustee Section
• Friends Section
• Foundation Section
• Corporate Friends Section

All sections are an integral part of ALTAFF and exist for the purpose of discussion, planning, and cooperative action in connection with the mutual problems and interests of the members engaged in similar activities. Each section elects a chair and chair-elect who are voting members of the ALTAFF Executive Board.

Members of ALTAFF may join more than one section and receive the benefits of membership in that section. The Trustee, Friends, and Foundation sections are open to all types of ALA members who join ALTAFF. The Corporate Friends section is open to corporate sponsors of ALTAFF and corporate members of ALA.
