Registration for the Institute has reached maximum capacity and is now closed.

Housing is not included with cost of registration. Please visit our Institute housing section for a special rate at the Oakland Marriott City Center.

Cancellation policy: No cancellations for the Institute will be accepted after August 24, 2014.  Substitutions are welcome at any time.  Registration cancellations must be made in writing and postmarked or faxed by August 24, 2014.  Cancellations will result in a full refund less a $50 processing fee.  No phone cancellations will be accepted.  Refunds will be processed after October 8, 2014.  Please mail registration cancellations to ALSC Institute, 50 E Huron Street, Chicago, IL 60611 or fax 312-280-5271.  No refunds will be given after August 24, 2014, or for no-shows except for hospitalization or death of the registrant or an immediate family member (parent, sibling, spouse, or child).   In the case of hospitalization or death, refunds will be processed less a $50 administrative fee.  Proof of hospitalization and/or funerary services must be attached to refund letter.
