Are you concerned that your collection has too many biased depictions of them? In this webinar, Dr. Debbie Reese will offer tips and ideas to think about as you select and weed your collections.
- Attendees will gain an understanding of Native sovereignty and nationhood and how that distinguishes Native peoples from other underrepresented groups in the US.
- Attendees will learn about the significance of Native stories and how Native Nations view their stories.
- Attendees will be introduced to Native writers who write for children and young adults.
