Five ALCTS members were selected to participate in the 2014 American Library Association Leadership Institute. The Leadership Institute is a four-day program in which participants are immersed in education and programming that will help them learn leadership principles and interpersonal skills, and give them self-awareness and confidence that they can then apply in their own institutions.
