Publishing, Not Perishing: Writing for Publication
Saturday, June 26, 1:30–3:30pm
Most tenure-track librarians are expected to publish articles in professional journals, and yet, librarians rarely receive any formal training for writing manuscripts for publication, either in graduate school or on-the-job. For librarians, the challenges of writing for publication can be daunting, and the opportunities can be limited. Join our panel of two journal editors who will discuss the-good-and-the-bad about writing for publication, submitting manuscripts, and the peer-review process.
