National Library Legislative Day 2009

National Library Legislative Day 2009 is scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, May 11 and 12. Stay tuned to www.ala.org/nlld for more info as the date approaches!

We put together a short video to give those who have never experienced National Library Legislative Day a feel for what the event is all about!

National Library Legislative Day (NLLD) is sponsored by the American Library Association, Chief Officers of State Library Agencies, the District of Columbia Library Association, and the Special Libraries Association.

If you're looking for info from 2008, please visit the NLLD Archive.

Please feel free to contact Susan Heltemes in the Washington Office if you would like more information about National Library Legislative Day.
