Serving Your OrganizationThank you for considering volunteering your time and talent to a RUSA or RUSA Section committee. Volunteer service is the lifeblood of our organization. You will benefit from your service to RUSA in ways you may not even imagine! Whether you have a specific committee in mind or just want to cast your fate to the wind, fill out one of the forms via the links below. Your online form is sent directly to the appointing officer. Appointments are made in the spring for terms that begin after Annual Conference.
The RUSA Membership Committee invites RUSA members to visit, in person or virtually, with library science students. Learn more about this initiative.
For 2007, ALA now has an online system for volunteering, tied to membership databases to ensure up-to-date lists of committees.
