MEMBERS ABSENT: Members absent: Michelle Anfenson-Comeau, Judith Arnold, Valli Hoski, Stephanie Joseph, Leslie Sult, Jennifer Sweeney, and Julienne Wood

VISITORS: Visitors: Alexandra Gagne, Kathy Makenes, Denise Shorey.

OBJECTIVES: develop, refine, administer reference practioner and reference supervisor surveys related to reference orientation and training programs.

SUMMARY: Reviewed committee appointments and encouraged committee members to submit appointment forms; verified that Kate Mossman and Lynn Westbrook, current committee members, volunteered to serve as co-chairs following Annual; revised the reference practitioner and supervisor survey instruments; discussed pre-testing the survey and began identification of appropriate survey sampling; will investigate the ALA survey approval process; committee members will investigate survey software

EVALUATION: The committee is moving along with its objectives, meeting twice at midwinter and at annual has allowed us to move more quickly.

PROBLEMS: None.
