OBJECTIVES = Revise the "Guidelines for Cooperative Reference Service Policy Manuals."
Put on a program at ALA Annual 2005 in Chicago (program title: "Yours, Mine and Ours: Quality of Service in Cooperative Virtual Reference".)
SUMMARY = Guideline revision: Made assignments of reponsibility and created a timeline. First draft of revisions is due to committee chair by March 1st.
