Discussion Group
Two CODES discussion groups provide forums for discussion of current issues related to collection development and evaluation. They also provide an informal setting for collection development librarians to meet and exchange views and experiences. Discussion groups are open to anyone to attend.
Collection Management in Public Libraries (CMPL)
To provide a discussion forum for librarians and others whose interests include selection, collection development, and collection management in public libraries of all sizes. (A joint discussion group with ALCTS CMDS.)
Dual Assignments
To provide a discussion forum for librarians who have collection development and evaluation as part of their professional duties.
