Great Interactive Software for Kids Announced

 

CHICAGO — The Association for Library Service to Children (ALSC), a division of the American Library Association (ALA), has selected its Spring 2008 list of Great Interactive Software for Kids (GISK), which recognizes high-quality computer programs and digital media for children 14 years of age and younger.

 

The selected products are:

 

Animal Genius, Scholastic, Nintendo.

Brain Age 2: More Training in Minutes A Day! Nintendo

Big Brain Academy: Wii Degree, Nintendo

BookFlix, Scholastic

Chessmaster Grandmaster Edition,Ubisoft Entertainment, Inc.  

Cooking Mama: Cook Off, Majesco Entertainment

Discover Bach, Arts and Music Games, Inc.

Get Puzzled!, Scholastic

I Spy Funhouse Animal Genius, Scholastic, Nintendo

JumpStart Advanced Kindergarten, 1st Grade and 2nd Grade World Premium Edition, Knowledge Adventure
