Kathlene Hanson is LITA Acquisitions Editor and has worked as an academic librarian for 11 years. She has been Electronic Resources Coordinator at California State University, Monterey Bay Library for the past seven years.

 

H. Frank Cervone is the Assistant University Librarian for Information Technology at Northwestern University. The author of four books in applied Information Technology, he also writes a regular column for OCLC Systems and Services: International Digital Library Perspectives.
