A resource guide, including questions and tips for conducting a successful book discussion program, a related reading guide for teens, publicity guidelines for sponsor credits and acknowledgements, a sample student certificate, and the final report form are provided below.

Sample certificate of accomplishment (Microsoft Publisher format) to provide to participants. If you have access to Microsoft Publisher, you can print these with the teen's name, as well as the name/title of the librarian and any other official (the principal, someone from the partnering facility, etc.).
