Committee Volunteer Form

Volunteer for a PLA Committee!

To be an effective and nimble organization, PLA requires committed group of active committee members. Committee appointments begin after the ALA Midwinter Meeting and are made by the PLA president-elect and the cluster steering committee chairs for 1- or 2-year terms, which begin following the ALA Annual Conference.

To volunteer for a PLA committee, fill out the Committee Volunteer Form and return it to the PLA Office:

Committee Volunteer Forms are accepted all year. However, for fullest consideration of your first choice of committees, the form should be turned in by March 1.
