Purpose, Membership, and Duties
- Purpose. To maintain the Round Table's Constitution and Bylaws.
- Membership. The committee consists of a Chair and one to three members, depending upon the amount of revision anticipated. The committee and MAGERT Chair determine when changes are necessary.
- Duties. Committee Chair receives suggestions and proposed revisions of the Constitution and Bylaws from the MAGERT Chair, Executive Board or membership. The committee Chair submits recommendations to the Executive Board at the midwinter meeting for review, and possible revision and acceptance. The committee Chair then submits the proposed revisions to the base line editor for publication and review by the membership prior to the annual meeting. The revisions are voted on at the annual meeting in accordance with Article IX of the Constitution.
