Most enjoyable international library project/projects:

Without doubt it has been my involvement in the American Bulgarian Library Exchange (ABLE). We have 18 partners between Bulgaria and the U.S. We have conducted training that they have replicated on their own for 200 librarians. We have exchanged visits with all partners. They had a National Library Week for the first time. They have put together a website with national resources for all libraries. 70% of the participants say the project has improved their image with the public and local officials and they have received more financial support as well. Complete success!
