The Intellectual Freedom Round Table has reserved a seat at their table at the Freedom to Read Foundation's 40th Anniversary Gala for a student who would not otherwise be able to attend. The Gala, with featured speaker Scott Turow, will be an excellent place for any student to meet and interact with members who have devoted their careers in librarianship to defending intellectual freedom. The Gala will be held on Sunday, July 12th, at 6:30pm. It is in the new Modern Wing of the Art Institute of Chicago.
To apply, fill out the form below (or download a .pdf and mail it to IFRT, 40 E. Huron, Chicago, IL 60611).
