ALSC Committees
The Association for Library Service to Children's (ALSC) nearly 60 committees, task forces, and discussion groups carry out the work of the Association and develop valuable programs, publications, and resources for librarians serving youth. Most committees require in-person meetings at ALA Annual Conference and Midwinter Meeting, but some committees include virtual positions and a few function almost entirely virtually. You must be a personal member of ALSC in order to serve on a committee.
