LLAMA Strategic Plan Action Committee

Committee Charge

To monitor the implementation strategy developed for the LLAMA Strategic Plan, to communicate and oversee the implementation and evaluation/assessment process, and to report progress to the LLAMA Board at the Midwinter and Annual conferences. The Committee will include liaisons from the LLAMA Budget and Finance Committee, the Finance Advancement Committee, and the Web Advisory Board. These activities are intended to promote organizational excellence, increase LLAMA membership, advance leadership and management, and to encourage continuous learning and development.
