LLAMA Publications Editorial Advisory BoardCommittee ChargeCharge: To facilitate and coordinate creation and delivery of high quality content by recommending publishing policy, overseeing publishing budget preparation, recognizing publishing priorities, and facilitating timely publishing in all appropriate publishing formats. To that end, the Committee will analyze LLAMA publishing needs and monitor professional trends; advise and assist the membership in their publishing activities; encourage the creation and marketing of publications from LLAMA programs and initiatives; augment electronic publishing options; and assist the editorial staff of LA&M in planning issues, suggesting authors, and soliciting materials. All LLAMA publishing efforts will be analyzed for effectiveness. These activities are done in support of the LLAMA strategic plan. Composition: The Publications Editorial Advisory Board will include a Chair, the Editor and Assistant Editor of LA&M, representatives from each LLAMA section, and the members of the former Publications Committee and the Editorial Advisory Board. Following the first year, the Committee will be streamlined as appropriate.
