Committee Charge

To recommend to the LLAMA Board of Directors changes in the LLAMA Bylaws; to recommend establishing or discontinuing any LLAMA section, discussion group, interest group, or committee; and to recommend the name, size, and function of such groups, ensuring that their charges support the LLAMA Strategic Plan. All COO recommendations are subject to Board approval.
