LLAMA Budget & Finance Committee

Committee Charge

To submit an annual budget for action to the LAMA Board of Directors; to perform budget analyses and fiscal planning; to advise units on requesting LLAMA funds, to review all requests for LLAMA funds; to recommend allocations in support of programmatic priorities; to monitor budget performance during the fiscal year; to advise the LLAMA Board on all fiscal matters of the division, including the fiscal implementations of all division publications and programs; and to represent LAMA at the BARC Planning and Budget Assembly. These activities are intended to support the LLAMA Strategic Plan.
