Customer Support Manager Meebo, Mountain View, CA
DESCRIPTION: The Customer Support Manager will be the first escalation point for all user issues and will act as a conduit between the company and the customer, being an advocate for both. This is a hands-on position and the primary objective of this position is to facilitate, direct and authentic conversations with meebo’s users and bring those conversations to meebo so we can continue to improve our products. QUALIFICATIONS: Someone with a Library Sciences or knowledge management background could have the perfect combination of organizational and customer interfacing skills that would culminate in a world-class customer support organization.
