Tbe LITA Internet Room Steering Committee has transferred responsibility for the ALA Internet Room to ALA Conference Services. LITA Newsletter articles and the Committee Archives are being stored on the LITA website for public reference.
A Functional Committee
The ALA Internet Room provides a forum for Internet education, exploration, discovery, and use for attendees of ALA annual and midwinter conferences. The mission of the LITA Internet Room Steering Committee is to plan, organize, coordinate, staff, and develop new visions for the Internet Room and associated demonstration and satellite facilities.
