President-elect Rosann Bazirjian and her counterparts, the chair-elects of the sections and CRG, report that the appointments process for service on ALCTS committees for 2005 is underway, but that if you are interested in an appointment, it is not too late to send in a volunteer form. The online volunteer form alerts the appointing officers to your interests and preferences and is an important step in the process, even if you have been active in ALCTS for many years.
Please indicate multiple choices so that the officers can offer you an assignment among the vacant ones that remain. Service on an ALCTS committee is the best way to contribute to your organization, enhance your experience and knowledge, and meet a lot of great new friends. Please Volunteer! | |
