PARS Policy, Planning and Research Committee

Charge: To draft annual and long-range goals for the section and coordinate the planning activities of all section committees. To identify and recommend to the Executive Committee new activities to be undertaken by the section; to conduct periodic reviews of section effectiveness and recommend to the Executive Committee proposals for standards or research; to coordinate section planning with that of ALCTS through participation by the chairperson in the work of the ALCTS Committee on Planning.
