Serials Acquisitions Committee
Charge
The committee contributes to library service and librarianship by distributing information on serials literature by reporting and free discussion at general meetings and publications; encourages specialized training for librarians in the field of serials; and coordinates ALA and ALCTS activities with respect to serials.
