Council of Regional Groups

Committees

  • Continuing Education
    Facilitates the delivery of continuing education to librarians and library staff outside ALA meetings.
  • Affiliate Relations
    Identifies state and regional groups devoted to collections and technical services that are not currently affiliated with the CRG and contacts these groups for sharing information.
  • Executive
    Responsible for the administration of CRG.
  • Nominating
    Responsible for preparing a list of qualified nominees for the annual election ballot.
  • Speakers' Bureau
    Compiles and maintains a list of speakers for CRG affiliates at no cost except for expenses.
