Nominating Committee
Charge: To nominate candidates for elective offices and to perform the duties specified in the bylaws.
Composition: Section Nominating Committee Chairs, a Chair- at-Large, and one Member-at-Large. No member of the ALCTS Board of Directors may serve on the committee.
