CMDS Administration of Collection Development
Charge: To address through continuing education programs, publications, and other means issues related to the administration of collection management and development, including but not limited to budgeting and fund allocation, organization and staffing, collection development policies, resource-sharing, preservation, and library development and fundraising; to examine in greater detail matters raised in the CMDS discussion groups. To act as section liaison with other groups dealing with similar interests.
