Purchase a booth! Materials for exhibiting companies Exhibitor registration and housing The registration and housing deadline is February 6, 2009. Exhibiting companies receive four complimentary exhibitor badges per 100 sq. ft. booth. When making housing arrangements, please note that if more than 10% of your hotel room block is canceled after February 6, 2009, you must pay for all room nights and tax for the canceled rooms.
