Host your company's event at the ACRL 14th National Conference!

Do you have an event you would like to host in conjunction with the ACRL 14th National Conference? Please contact the representative at your preferred hotel with your request including date, time, type of function and number of people to be invited by January 9, 2009. After January 9, 2009 requests will be considered on a space-available basis only. See below for a list of hotel representatives. (Reservations for the Westin Seattle must be received by December 12, 2008)

Please keep in mind that sessions run Friday, March 13 from 8:00 a.m – 6:00 p.m., Saturday, March 14 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Sunday, March 15 from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Our keynote speakers are scheduled for Thursday from 4:00 to 5:45 p.m., Friday from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and are typically no conflict times. Attendees have a hour lunch break on Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m which is a good time for company events. Company events may be held on Friday and Saturday evenings however, the All-Conference reception is at the Experience Music Project/Science Fiction Museum from 8:00 – 10:00 p.m. on Saturday night, which is also typically a no-conflict time.

All events in conjunction with the ACRL 14th National Conference must be approved by the ACRL office. Your hotel representatives will work with ACRL staff to get approval for your event before it is booked.
