Description: Join us for a dynamic panel discussion that includes recognized authors, artists, and instructors, promising to provide a visually stunning introduction to the history of adult wordless books from the early twentieth century to the contemporary wordless graphic novels. Elements of visual storytelling are examined as well as various controversial social issues associated with adult wordless books. Guidelines for using wordless books in English Literature curriculum will also be presented. Speakers: Eric Drooker, Author, Flood!
