Josey Spectrum Scholar Mentor Program whereby academic and research librarians would be recruited to serve as mentors to Spectrum Scholars; linking mentors with specific scholars; preparing guidelines and an information program to assist mentors in working with scholars; and sponsoring and co-sponsoring programs on mentoring and collecting feedback on the programs.
